Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Start Electronics is committed to delivering high-quality industrial enclosures and control panel solutions. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Since most of our products are engineered as per customer requirements, returns and refunds are limited to specific conditions described below.
Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refund or replacement will be considered only under the following conditions: The product is received in damaged or defective condition. The delivered item does not match the approved quotation/specification. The issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item is unused and remains in its original packaging. Inspection report and photographic evidence are required for evaluation.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Refund or return will not be accepted in the following cases: Products manufactured to custom dimensions / specifications / drawings Products modified or installed by the customer after delivery Damage caused due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or external factors Items purchased under special project pricing or clearance Once fabrication has started after order confirmation Most of our products are made to order; therefore cancellation/refund due to change of requirement is not applicable.
How to Request a Refund / Replacement
To submit a refund or replacement request, the customer must: Email us with invoice or order details Describe the issue in brief Attach clear photos / videos showing the damage or defect Our quality team will review the request and may contact you for additional verification. If approved: Replacement or repair will be arranged or Refund will be issued to the original payment method (for eligible cases) Refund processing time: 7–15 working days after approval.
Return Shipping
If the defect or damage occurred due to Start Electronics, return shipping or pickup will be arranged at no additional cost. If the issue is not manufacturing-related, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Proper packaging is required to avoid transit damage during return.
Important Note
Since Start Electronics follows a custom manufacturing model, production begins only after approval. Therefore, refunds and returns are limited and subject to inspection and approval.
