Shipping Coverage
We provide delivery services across India. For international shipments, customers are requested to contact our support team in advance to discuss documentation, freight charges, and logistics.
Shipping Process
Our dispatch process follows the steps below: Order confirmation and acknowledgment Design approval / drawing approval (if applicable) Fabrication and quality inspection Secure packaging and dispatch to the delivery address
Production & Delivery Time
Delivery duration depends on product type and customization. Typical timelines are: Standard Products: 7–15 working days Custom-Built Products: 15–45 working days (based on design and fabrication complexity) Note: Delivery schedules may be affected by raw material availability, design modification requests, transport delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on: Panel size and weight Delivery distance/location Mode of transport required (road, air, freight truck, etc.) Shipping cost will be mentioned clearly in the quotation or pro-forma invoice before dispatch. If requested, the customer may arrange their own transportation/logistics.
Packaging
All products are packed using industry-standard export-grade materials for safety, including: Bubble wrap and protective foam Wooden/pallet crates (if applicable) Moisture-resistant wrap for stainless steel enclosures Special packaging can be provided on request.
Order Tracking
Once dispatch is completed, customers will receive: Transport name / LR number Vehicle details (if applicable) Tracking or driver contact information Tracking can be done through the transporter or through our support team.
Delays & Support
If there is any delay or shipment concern, customers may contact our support team for assistance. Our team will coordinate with the logistics provider and update the delivery status.
