Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Start Electronics. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order for our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before continuing.

2. Products

All our products — including Enclosures, Compartmental Panels, Control Desks, Junction Boxes, HMI Arm Systems, Modular Enclosures, Industrial PC Cabinets, and Custom-Built Solutions — are manufactured as per customer specifications and industry standards. Product dimensions, design, and materials may vary based on client requirements and project scope.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless specified otherwise. Pricing is based on raw material cost, fabrication complexity, customization level, and order quantity. Start Electronics reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice in case of market fluctuations or changes in material costs.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through direct enquiry, purchase order (PO), or approved quotation. Manufacturing begins only after written confirmation and advance payment as mentioned in the quotation. Accepted payment modes include NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI / Bank Transfer / Cheque.

5. Production & Delivery

Production and delivery schedules vary depending on the project size and design complexity. Estimated dispatch dates will be mentioned in the order confirmation but may change due to raw material availability, design modifications, or unforeseen manufacturing delays. Transportation charges vary based on location, panel size, and delivery requirements.

6. Return, Replacement & Warranty

Since products are custom manufactured, returns are not accepted. However replacement/repair will be provided only in cases of:

1) Manufacturing defects

2) Damage during transit (if arranged by Start Electronics)

3) Incorrect product delivery due to internal processing errors

Products must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Warranty terms (if applicable) will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before production begins and must be requested in writing. Once fabrication or material procurement has started, cancellation is not permitted and the advance payment will not be refundable.

8. Privacy

We respect and protect customer information. Client data, drawings, CAD designs, and technical details will not be shared with third parties except:

1) For manufacturing purposes

2) For logistics and delivery coordination

3) When required by law

All intellectual property provided by clients remains their ownership.
